This educational and training project is part of the activities to enhance the goldsmith’s cultural heritage and the territory that the DAMIANI Group has always promoted. As proof of this commitment, the company is one of the members of the Mani Intelligenti Foundation: an association that operates in the field of High Education, with the aim of preparing future generations of workers in the jewelry sector, so as to continue to guarantee Valenza and the jewelry industry leadership and a culture of excellence recognized throughout the world.
The objective of the “DAMIANI Academy”, organized in collaboration with ManpowerGroup, is to identify the best technical and creative skills in the Italian market and offer them the unique opportunity to undertake a path of excellence at the Valenza Laboratory.
The Winter Edition 2021 of the Damiani Academy is aimed at training goldsmiths with cleaning and embedding skills. At the end of the High Specialization course, lasting five weeks, structured and financed by the Maison, there is the possibility of a subsequent placement in the company.
